"Do The Sums" Reports
The housing market has changed and it's no longer easy to decide, which is the right property for you. The good news is that dothesums.co.uk can help you make the best choice.
Many property value websites will tell you how prices have risen or fallen over past years, but we are almost unique in estimating the future value of your house/flat.
Using sophisticated techniques that have only previously been used on large capital projects, ‘do the sums' reports look ahead for five years. Mathematical relationships are sought between past and present prices and also between a price to be forecast and other information, such as local economic activity, interest rates and employment levels. If the relationship is strong enough to justify an attempt at forecasting, mathematical models are built to use in the forecasting process and the calculations are carried out.
