In the following pages, you can apply for a do the sums report by completing a simple series of forms.

If you have the relevant details (see list below) the process should only take a few minutes. You will then be asked to enter your debit/credit card details - the price is £49.50.

Please make sure you have the following details ready, as they are essential:

• The post code
• Property type (e.g. terraced, semi-detached etc)
• Proposed purchase price
• Cash input (the total purchase price, less the mortgage)
• Estimated rent

Start here Other information is not essential but the greater the detail you can provide, the more accurate your final report will be. Sample figures have been given where appropriate, and should suffice in most instances.
