2 Purchase and delivery of goods

The Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund of any priority, express or courier charges over and above the standard postage and packaging and delivery charges.

Returns and refunds
We will notify you via email or post when we have processed your refund. We are unable to accept the return of electronic publications once downloading has commenced.
Returning faulty items
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. We will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within seven working days, we will also refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item.
